Domestic & International Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping to the United States and Canada. All rates are calculated to ensure transparent pricing for our customers.

  • United States: $7.95USD Flat Rate.

  • Canada: $13.95 CAD Flat Rate.

Order Processing & Cut-off Times

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM EST.

  • Handling Time: 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday).

Estimated Transit Times

  • United States: 7–11 business days.

  • Canada: 6–11 business days.

Note: Total delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time. High-demand periods or carrier delays may impact these estimates.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent automatically to the email you provide at checkout as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside Canada and the USA.

Multiple Items
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on the production partner used. Each item will have its own tracking number.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
ZeroFG is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by:

incorrect or incomplete addresses

carrier delays

failed delivery attempts

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will replace it at no charge.
If a package is marked “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please contact the carrier first. If they cannot locate it, contact us and we’ll assist further.
